Our Refund and Return Policy has been designed to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please read the following details regarding our return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of the product: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation that were included with the product.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any requests for returns after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Return Authorization:
- Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included with your return shipment.
Shipping the Product Back:
- Once you’ve received the return instructions and authorization, carefully pack the product and ship it back to the following address:

United States- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. Please note, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the returned product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts that were not due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. These include:

- Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective).
